I found the staff friendly and always willing to assist with any request. I really appreciated their quick resolution of an issue with my room safe. The room size and layout were perfect for my needs, with a separate seating area.

The toilet blocked multiple times and the hotel staff never fixed it. I found it difficult to get a sun bed by the pool in the afternoon. Noise from children was very loud despite it not being school holidays.

My room had a persistent moldy smell. The air conditioning did not help and seemed to make the humidity worse. After running the AC, water leaked and formed a puddle beneath it.

I had an very nice stay. the cleanliness of this hotel impressed me so much, with meticulous daily housekeeping. the staff's kindness really stood out, they always helped with bookings or gave advice. the car rental service was very convenient. I got the car right at the entrance. the poolside servers were lovely and attentive, the pool was large and very clean. the massage salon offered professional treatments.

the gym wasn't up to par, it had only basic equipment
